  • Let your healthcare providers that trips may be delayed.
  • Be patient with Ride to Care staff and drivers.
  • Let Ride to Care know if your driver hasn’t arrived.

Ride to Care is working hard to avoid cancelling trips. But, we may need to cancel some non-urgent trips. Call Ride to Care at 855-321-4899 if you have questions about your ride.

PLEASE NOTE: Some Ride to Care drivers will be celebrating the Muslim holiday Eid al-Adha. This holiday marks the end of Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca. Muslims worldwide have a three-day celebration. Families come together for special prayers, meals, gifts, and extend charity to those in need.
